I have a business on ebay and am finding the same problem - items sent on the 10th Oct have still not reached the customers. If you have sent the item recorded delivery to a confirmed address (you can check this by looking at the client’s address details on paypal) you are covered by sellers protection under paypal so don’t worry about that.

I managed to get through to royal mail today - the worst affected areas are London, Liverpool and Yorkshire - London and Liverpool were on strike from the 4th to the 13th October! The chap at RM said they still have millions of parcels to sort - letters are getting through as theses are sorted by machine but parcels are done manually. A parcel is not officially lost until is has been undelivered by the RM for 15 WORKING days. I have a stock answer for my customers similar to what I have given you - hopefully, this will reassure them but of course, we are not responsible for the royal mail.

Where should we have our daughter’s first b-day party?

Have it at your sisters house, tell your husband that it is his daughter’s party, not his, therefore he will be a guest no matter what! keep it small and simple…the last thing you want to do is miss out on your daughters little smiles and expressions because you were too busy entertaining and feeding […]

As for Chuck E Cheese, shes still too young for that, but McDonalds does really great birthday parties for $50 which includes 10 happy meals, goody bags, a cake, ice cream and a hostess who sets up, entertains, serves food, and cleans up. If you will be inviting kids it works out really well. We did it for my daughters 2nd birthday and it was great and soooo easy and stress free! If its going to be mostly adults, again, sister’s house with just close friends and family.

keeping teeth from getting smaller and worn down?

Your teeth would get smaller and worn down, typically if you grind your teeth alot. Many people do this without realising when they are asleep. However, grinding your teeth alone, usually is not enough to wear down your teeth so much at your age (student?) that it would make your teeth short. Unless your teeth […]

However, grinding your teeth alone, usually is not enough to wear down your teeth so much at your age (student?) that it would make your teeth short.

Unless your teeth were first softened and then when you grind your teeth they would wear down quicker.

Things that make your teeth softer are things that soften the enamel, like acidic drinks such as coke and many acidic juices like lemon and orange juice.

So avoid acidic things, drink plenty of water, use fluoride supplements such as fluoride mouth wash, to strengthen your teeth. Unfortunately short teeth don’t grow back so if it is an issue, you may decide later to build them all up with crowns, however that can be quite a costly proceedure.

why i trust people quickly?

There is nothing wrong with you. It is the ones who hurt you that have something wrong with themselves. As you mature do not let your trust of others wither away. Do not let go of your trust regardless of the pains others would bring your way. I grew up trusting people, I still do. I […]

I grew up trusting people, I still do. I have had things stolen from me, I have been slandered, I have been set up, I have been made a fool more that a couple of times. But I have deep friends who trust me, I have great loves from my circle of friends, and acquaintances, I have beautiful memories from people I only knew for a week and have lost touch from, I have a peace of mind that does not hurt me because I have trusted all my life.
The rewards of your trust will come to outweigh the abuse you’ve received by far.
If you have this issue with trust then I can tell you… one day you’ll find the wisdom to keep it and not allow the thugs you’ve met through your life to steal it away from you.
You don’t have to be a doormat to maintain your trust in people, but darlin you don’t have to give up a sweet and great part of your life to feel secure in your self either.
Keep your trust, and trust that one day you will see why you should keep your trust.

I’m 13, in 7the grade and either BI or gay, Should i come out?

You sound like a very healthy and intelligent young man. You should be a very valuable asset to our community once you grow up.

On the issue of coming out, there is no doubt that, psychologically speaking, it’s a good thing. People are generally much happier when they can be free to be genuine, authentic and self-accepting.

However, psychological well-being is not the only thing to consider. One has to also consider one’s environment and how hostile it is. If you were in Iran, then you would have basically 3 choices: stay in the closet, or get a sex change operation, or be hanged by the neck until dead. In the USA, there are both very hostile environments and gay-supportive environments. You probably know about the 15 year old boy, Larry King, who was shot twice in the head this past February just for being gay.

So what I would suggest to you is that you also evaluate the hostility climate wherever you happen to be. If you feel that you will not suffer too much environmental damage by coming out, then POWER TO YOU!!!

Best of luck to you, Little Gay Brother, and welcome to our big loving family!

The song is called “Funny”.

Full lyrics:

Huh, it’s gonna be one of them days
I can feel it, uh

Verse 1
On a day, like today
I got out of bed, upped and went my way
Tryin’ to find some peace within
But here ain’t no rest for a weary man

Everything seemed to get me down
Looking everywhere just to find a smile
Then the phone rings and an angel sings
“Hello (Hello)”

chorus
And it’s funny you should call today
It’s been too long, thought you just moved on
And it’s funny you should call today
You always found a way to make my day

VERSE 2
Girl, tell me how is your family
I can’t believe that you thought of me, baby
Baby, my heart is beating fast
You don’t know how much I missed our past, mmm, yeah

Seen a friend of mine a month or so
She said you’re doin’ well, you’ve got it going on
Then the phone rings and an angel sings
“Hello (Hello)”

repeat chorus

Baby,it’s like you know when I wa down and out (down and out)
Like in the past when you would bail me out(bail me out) baby baby
And I just want to wanna thank you girl
Just to hear your voice girl, it changed my world

And ain’t it funny you should call today
It’s been too long, thought you just moved on
And it’s funny you should call today
We can just be friends, babe, ain’t got to be your man
No way, no way……

I have a lite -on dvd recorder. In my case (which may be the same for you) i have to “close” or “finalize” the dvd before i make copy of it on my PC. Take the dvd from your dvd recorder and put it into a different dvd player (not your PC) and see if it will play.

If it is not recognized, not “finalizing or closing” the dvd may be your problem. Check your manual on how to do this.

If it is recognized and does play on a different player maybe your dvd recorder is putting some sort of protection on it by default. Consult your manual on how to take the protection off.

If it is recognized by a different dvd player, there is protection and no option to turn it off and you can not mak a copy of it… use this as your last resort:

install this program DVD43 found here http://www.videohelp.com/tools/DVD43
This program may help you. Info about the program is on the same page. Virus free and spyware free and did i mention free :)
I do think think it may be just as simple as “finalizing or closing” the dvd in your dvd recorder.

Those are the real benefits of the Democratic party.

In looking over your list, you not may prefer a non-proactive security stance. (Although listening to Obama, I was a little confused about Pakistan.) Clinton, will probably do like Bill, and pretty much do nothing… which is certainly attractive to some.

I am an independent, and this is this is what I would like to vote for:

- A responsible end to the war
- Affordable (like MA) health-care, not universal health-care
- A border fence
- And end to illegal immigration. (I am not sure what to do with all that are here now. But let’s stop the flow.)
- Getting off foreign oil. Why can’t we use some of the subsidies and tax credits for car companies that can create an electric car that gets 200 miles per charge?
- A strong military so that no on wants to mess with us.

EIDT: Hey Chief8… FYI - we have troops in Japan without incident for 60+ years, Korea for 50+, same in Germany and Kosovo… it is about peace, not war.

And I know, Obama got record donations! Wow, most of the early ones were from Karl Rove’s GOP fundraisers to pick off Hillary. Be sure, that if Obama gets the nod from the DNC, in spite of Clinton’s lobbying and campaign donations to super delegates, they will pick him off with a nuclear powered Swift Boat called “on the stand for Tony Rezko.”

I too have had this very occasionally for years… for me it presents with some of the most intense itching I have ever had, when I scratch I too get purple dots and sometimes huge bruises…. Have had all my coags ( blood clotting factors ) tested and they were all normal… I found for me it often happened when exercising ( but not every time ) the best I can figure ( and I am in health care ) is that I have cholergenic urticaria so I now take a 10mg Zyrtec an hour before exercise or long walks and I have not had an episode that I started doing tis… BTW I also carry an epi pen just in case it turns into a full fledged allergic reaction, it never has, but this does happen to some people from physical exertion… anyway that is my best educated guess no other doctors have ever been able to figure it out.
